You can import save games from all other V2x versions. For older versions please import your items with MV Pod (see Multiverse Pod procedure in walkthrough).

So it said everything transferred over but the station still says it's in quarantine. Am I missing something?
There will be a cutscene a few days after you unlocked the waystation system that kicks things off

there was an issue where the mac version download link got mixed up with the win version.
I corrected the links yesterday, so pls. download the game file that says "SpaceJourneyX-210_012c-pc.zip" in its name if you have a pc. and want the win version.
Just checked it, the links are correct and work.

no, the title image was a mistake when I packaged the distribution. It is for the next version. You can exchange it manually with the file which I have posted in the development log.
