The fragments will be relevant when you reach Xenos System (3rd System). The Librarian in the Xenos archives needs them to analyze the Precursor Hyperjump Network and find the way home for you. Glad you enjoy the game so far. There is also a walkthrough linked in the OP.

How do I get past the zealots in the precursor junkyard in Xenos system? My ship has a full set of xeno ceram plating, torpedo array MK.II, lots of BFT 2000 torpedoes and Voron torpedoes, together with cloak capabilities. Still, I get beaten up completely, even in stage one.
The trick is that you are ships engineer needs to be set to reload torpedoes you need to have about 15 to 20 high-end torpedoes (bft or voron) and now the most important point: when there's only one ship left in the first encounter you need to play around with it a bit to give your engineer a time to reload all your torpedoes for the next round. Best way to play around with that ship is just to play hide and seek, and shut down any missile it might launch you .

Hi yv0751, there is a soft lock if you accept the rescue princess seraphina rumor before the merchant intercept rumor, it is extremely difficult to progress since you have to rescue the princess first before the game allows you to intercept the merchant at the same nav point
I almost finished this game but got stuck. The last task was The Way Home At Last, but I didn't know how to complete it at all. There were no prompts, and I couldn't reach The Waystation. It's really a great game, so I wanted to complete it and had to seek help

Little annoyed we can't copy the premium shell... It's one thing to make us choose between wealth and Verity, man. But come on, choice between Galaxina bot and Galaxina episode!? Come on! At least turn the muiltverse pod into a New Game + feature so we can get one first playthrough and the other in a second.

Muliverse pod works as a New Game + feature, but I still hate that premium shells cannot be replicated... could you maybe at the capability to purchase these shells for the reward amount? It's one thing to not be able to make a shell, it's another to only ever be able to acquire it once... please make it so that Iltari will start making "backup copies" of the shell for exclusive purchase in version 1.5 because that's just souring otherwise...
premium shells (I, P, G) can be crafted. The only premium shell that cannot be crafted is the Galaxina shell. maybe there will be a quest for the in V1.50

Once there and clicked on the panel, MC wonders how he could get his ship upgraded. Yet there is no further clue on how to really get any interaction or an option to buy anything.
Hi there, loving the game but I seem to have hit a snag finding V. I got BB to open up lower decks and I have link over 80% and Khelara is in my crew but BB has never talked to me. Also in lower decks I do not see maintenance just Aux 1, Mess Room, Armoury and Med Bay. Any help?

I had separated the shell because the bot was awesome, but the shell itself is gone... How can i get another one? if that is even possible, since in very clearly says "unique" in the walkthrough... Either it is stored in the ships cargo as bot (check that) or you indeed scrapped or lost the shell.
If so go to the Outer fields again and you'll get a lower grade but sufficient replacement there. If you don't, then the game has identified a shell in your possession (check cargo, warehouse, parts once more)

I can't seem to get Nimhe to craft Luxury or Exotic shells even though I have the necessary crates, nothing happens when I assign either; any ideas? >> she needs the TEC to do the tier (which she has in your case I assume) and she needs to have studied at least one such shell (give it to her with botlab voucher). That prevents crafting of shells you don't know yet.

How do you get to Krell? I got Khelara, Nimhe, T'ris and vee unlocked however it's impossible to get the exhibition 7 and get submission 3 for the outfits since it seems everything is locked for now.
If you have the "Go to Arellarti" mission but things seems blocked (T'Ris never gioves green light), a common thing overlooked is to make sure everyone (including vee) has the krell uniform.
If you don't have that mission yet it will be brought by Vee (after you had sex with her, SLU5 I think) , who visits you one morning and talks of an anomaly in the Krell system. Then just follow the quest log and hints.
I recommend to have a look at the walkthrough I linked in the Main game post.

im big fan of games like these but im stack for about 4 hours and cant understand how i get weapons and armor to get into tenaris and junkyard. and i didnt find anything about when i should be able to get them. i never seen on Iltari station any. :(
To get access to the pirate station (which opens weaponry and bounty path) you need to make an illegal bot in your laboratory and the quest kicks off (illegal = IQ 140 or higher).
The walkthrough in OP describes it in more detail.
1.40 contains the ending and may or may not go to Steam eventually. There will be an expansion 1.50 ("Adventures in Krell Space") until fall that will wrap it up with a side story probably.

Best non unique shields are quantum weapon and quantum shields. Those can already be bought at the pirate station. You also need the engine mark two so that you have six action points. And do not forget to set your engineer to automatically reload torpedoes. Without reloading it is next to impossible to survive the back on back combat events. As to torpedoes, BFT torpedoes would be enough but voron torpedoes make it much easier.
One question it says i have to do the lab favour with Nimhe with all 4 Uniform. I only have 3 as of now. Is there one i didnt get ? I have the Racy and revealing ? My guess would be the last one is working naked. But i dont know how to get there. I did all Favour in all clothing and dont know how to get her Sluttiness to 13.

It's been a while since I played and I had an advanced game. I don't remember how this is repaired. Every time I fight with other ships and they damage me, that percentage goes down.
I'm also can't have sex with T'Ris. Everything is set. Quest is telling to send T'Ris to Nimhe for training, but I can't! No such option in any dialog. :(
I also gave her 3 times drink, and nothing! I don't understand what to do.
UPD. Emmm, not after Astropolitn, but after Stardust - she agree to go to training. :0
I kinda cant complete the Nimhes training to get her to SLU 13 as i only have 3 uniforms. I tried to do the Public Favours in every outfit and still nothing. And i didnt get any scene with Leila i gave her 500 credits every day and it still doesnt do anything.
also the Pharaoh stand was active when you first enter the base. Maybe it's a bug? I've seen somewhere that 500 mil. cr. is the requirement for this achievement. It's unlikely that I should have it with the couple dozens of mil. These are mine achievements:

The sequence in which the elements are listed is the sequence to use them in the terminal within the beacon tower control room.

Ah, yes those are using the same nav point. I just thought I'd prioritize the "older" quest (Seraphine) in this case as you need her anyway for later.

I backed up my saves first.
Fixed it by going into C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy folder and deleting the SpaceJourney X ####### folder.

maintenance is the cell just one below the turbo lift mini map.
it is on deck two where the laboratory is and the holo deck.
Investigate the door in the maintenance section and your assistant will tell you how to proceed and what he needs to analyse the situation

It is hidden until the player meets the requirements to go there. The walk-through which is linked in the original post describes it in detail.
To kick off events you need to visit the junkyard once and then once the laboratory is open you need to manufacture an illegal bot.

move it to storage (little dots on the left), exit, and quest kicks off

The cams are not "usable" by MC as they are guarding Seraphine. There is some content with the cams in V1.40 ;)

Best non unique shields are quantum weapon and quantum shields. Those can already be bought at the pirate station. You also need the engine mark two so that you have six action points. And do not forget to set your engineer to automatically reload torpedoes. Without reloading it is next to impossible to survive the back on back combat events. As to torpedoes, BFT torpedoes would be enough but voron torpedoes make it much easier.
One question it says i have to do the lab favour with Nimhe with all 4 Uniform. I only have 3 as of now. Is there one i didnt get ? I have the Racy and revealing ? My guess would be the last one is working naked. But i dont know how to get there. I did all Favour in all clothing and dont know how to get her Sluttiness to 13.

For technical reasons (code flow structure vs. 'save anywhere approach' of renpy) that is not possible for major version increments.
What you can do:
- Save you gear in the multiverse pod or save your warehouse content and bots with the pod
- Install new game in a fresh folder
- Select new game / starting point / day
- Get your stuff from the multiverse Rift and continue playing

It's been a while since I played and I had an advanced game. I don't remember how this is repaired. Every time I fight with other ships and they damage me, that percentage goes down.

I kinda cant complete the Nimhes training to get her to SLU 13 as i only have 3 uniforms. I tried to do the Public Favours in every outfit and still nothing. And i didnt get any scene with Leila i gave her 500 credits every day and it still doesnt do anything.
as it turned out, Leila is tied to T'Ris training. you'll need to give her 10k
also the Pharaoh stand was active when you first enter the base. Maybe it's a bug? I've seen somewhere that 500 mil. cr. is the requirement for this achievement. It's unlikely that I should have it with the couple dozens of mil. These are mine achievements:
